Humarap sa Ilaw, Pilipino!
February 13, 2013On February 20, at 5:00 p.m. the 2nd annual PreMYo Rizal Awarding Ceremony will be held at the Yuchengco Museum, RCBC Plaza Building in Makati City.
The theme, “Humarap sa ilaw, Pilipino!” is taken from Rock Ed’s cool MTV “Kaninong Anino” on which the questions for the essay writing contest were based. My Rizal, the sponsoring group is headed by Ms. Lisa Bayot and Ms. Maite Gallego. I first met them last year during the premiere screening of my film A MI PATRIA / INANG-BAYAN / TO MY MOTHERLAND on Rizal’s 151st birthday.
