MAGNA CARTA OF WOMEN [Republic Act 9710]
RA 9710, or the Magna Carta of Women was signed into law, last year 2009, but its implementing rules and regulations, was launched only last July 8, 2010.

Of course, all women are covered by R.A. 9710. It is meant to promote the empowerment of women, provide equal rights and opportunity for them, and aims to eliminate all forms of discrimination against us.
