Meet the Descendants of Apolinario Mabini in THE SUBLIME PARALYTIC!

August 24, 2015
20 Descendants

Premiere Showing on August 27, 2015 at DLS-CSB ARG Theater, 5th floor, 4 pm, Benilde Taft Campus

[Coming Soon! PULE: UTAK NG REBOLUSYON, now in Post-Production]

  1. My husband Rafael Tambor Gaid is a 4th generation of Apolinario Mabini, his brother Severino/Saturnino married to Catalina Castillo. They move to Samar during the war. They had 4 children: Eusebia, Jose, Juan, Victoria and Cirilo. Eusebia married Gavino Tambor and they had 4 children: Memong, Dolores, Remedios (mother of Rafael, my husband), and Vicente (still alive, 93 years old). We would like trace the Mabini ancestry, we would appreciate any help you can extend. Thank you very much.

  2. Happy to learn about your family link with Apo Mabini. You can easily find his descendants in Tanauan, Batangas where he was born. They live near the Mabini Shrine or Museo ni Apolinario Mabini. Look for the Shrine Curator Ms. Olga Palacay, introduce yourself to her and she will gladly lead you to his descendants. If you are in Samar, you may first contact Ms. Palacay at the Tanauan Museum. Tel.# is (043) 455-2105. The other descendant of Mabini I met works at Malolos Museum in Bulacan. I forgot his first name but his surname is Mabini also. You can contact him there. Hope you meet all of them. They are all nice, kind and simple — very much like their Lolo Apolinario or Pule.
