World Federation of the Deaf President Colin Allen to Visit Manila_March 21-22
March 8, 2014World Federation of the Deaf President Colin Allen will visit the Philippines to serve as primary speaker of the “Inspire Change, Be Extraordinary” event to be held on March 21 and 22, 2014 at the DLS- College of St. Benilde School of Design and Arts Theater, 5th flr., SDA Building located at P. Ocampo Street [formerly Vito Cruz], Manila. The event is part of the 25th year celebrations of the College.
