This is my first time to hear that there is such thing as International “Stupid Wheelchair Ramp Month!”

See why…Here in the Philippines, some of you must have seen bad wheelchair ramps yourself. They are best exemplified by MMDA footbridge structures like the one located in Quezon Avenue and EDSA.
