“Kakayahan 2010”
December 3, 2010In celebration of this year’s International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) will hold today (December 3) a national work skills demonstration of persons with disabilities dubbed as “Kakayahan 2010.”
The whole-day undertaking aims to create public awareness on the work excellence of persons with disabilities and their ‘right to work’ as embodied under Article 27 (Work and Employment) in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN-CRPD).
