PWD Indignation Rally 2010

Better late than never, so they say. I uploaded my coverage of the rally against non-implementation of BP344 and the Magna Carta of the Disabled by some institutions and major drugstores in the country only last night. Besides, TV networks only gave a minute or two on the event that PWDs consider very important and quite significant as a rallying point for them towards unity.
