My child was born on 2000 but we only got married with my wife on 2005. I went overseas for the last 3 years for work to give them a better living. When I came home I have known that my wife is having an affair with someone. Since adultery/infidelity has been committed by my wife and has no plans of cutting her affair to an end, can I solely get the custody of our 10 year old daughter?
I am sorry but I don’t think I can be of help since I am not a lawyer but an advocacy filmmaker. I have no lawyer friends that specialize on this matter.
